With a positive mindset and a design-led approach I love tackling our future challenges. Putting the humans I work with and for in the center of my thinking is key for an inspiring and creative environment - and we can always learn something from each other, independent of age and hierarchy. In my work I bring people together and open people's minds with empathy as well as strategic thinking, to reach a defined goal. As our life is driven by technology, emotions and passion needs to be embedded into innovative solutions, structural changes or  strategic business decisions. We need to change the way we talk, discuss, work, live and think. Refocusing on a human factor in the tec-led world means bringing in a human imperfection that makes life creative and full of experiences.
